1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Before Shipping

After Shipping

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
However, you may be eligible for return depending on product category.


2. RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product is delivered

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof of damage (photos/video) may be required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items
  • Opened/used products
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Digital or downloadable goods

3. REFUND PROCESS

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment provider
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If refund is delayed:

5. EXCHANGES

Exchange is allowed only for:
