At the same time, many of our products may be devotional, delicate, handcrafted, naturally varying, specially sourced, or trust-sensitive in nature. This Refund Policy explains when a customer may request a return, replacement, store credit, or refund, and how such requests are reviewed.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
A customer may request support within 7 days of delivery if the product received is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. To be considered eligible, the product should remain unused, untampered, and returned in its original condition along with original packaging, tags, inserts, certificates, and accessories where applicable.
Items That May Not Be Eligible for Refund
Certain items may not qualify for refund unless there is verified delivery damage or a clear fulfilment-side error. This may include used products, worn items, tampered goods, products returned without original packaging, customized items, specially prepared items, or products with natural variation that does not affect their core identity.
Importance of Unboxing Proof
Customers are strongly encouraged to record a complete unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened. This helps us verify cases involving damage, missing items, or wrong product delivery fairly and quickly. In certain claims, the absence of adequate proof may affect eligibility.
Missing Item Claims
If any item is missing from the order, the customer must notify Tirth Shop within 48 to 72 hours of delivery, along with parcel photos and available unboxing evidence. Claims raised beyond a reasonable reporting window may not be accepted.
How to Raise a Refund Request
To raise a request, customers should contact our support team with the order number, registered contact details, issue description, and clear supporting images or videos. Our team may ask for additional information before taking a final decision.
Verification and Approval Process
Every claim is subject to internal review. Tirth Shop may verify packaging records, product condition, order history, delivery status, and supporting proof before approving a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Method
Approved refunds may be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method, depending on the situation and the nature of the claim. Where the issue is clearly due to a verified store-side or delivery-side error, Tirth Shop may process an appropriate refund without unnecessary deductions. In other cases, gateway charges, shipping costs, handling charges, or restocking deductions may apply.
Partial Refunds
If only part of an order is approved for return or refund, only that eligible item or portion will be considered for refund. Order-level discounts, shipping charges, or convenience fees may be adjusted proportionately.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved by Tirth Shop, refunds are generally initiated within a reasonable working period. However, the actual credit timeline depends on the original payment method, payment gateway, and banking system.
Spiritual and Product Expectation Disclaimer
Many products sold through Tirth Shop relate to devotion, tradition, symbolism, or personal belief. We take authenticity and quality seriously, but we do not guarantee any fixed spiritual, astrological, emotional, or life outcome from any purchase. Refunds cannot be claimed solely because a customer did not experience a subjective personal result.
