Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days, depending on stock status, product category, packaging needs, sourcing location, quality checks, and dispatch readiness. Certain items may take longer if they require special handling, partner-side preparation, or category-specific packaging.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, standard delivery timelines across serviceable locations in India may generally range from 5 to 10 business days. Remote areas, courier limitations, public holidays, weather disruptions, or festive rush periods may increase delivery time.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, Tirth Shop may share shipment confirmation and tracking details via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other contact channels provided during checkout.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Tirth Shop is not responsible for failed delivery, delay, or return-to-origin situations caused by incomplete address, wrong phone number, unreachable customer, or repeated refusal to accept delivery.
Delivery Attempts and Return to Origin
Courier partners generally attempt delivery according to their service rules. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-side reasons, the parcel may be returned to origin. In such cases, shipping costs, return charges, handling expenses, and category-specific operational deductions may apply before any eligible refund or credit is considered.
Damaged Parcel at Delivery
If a parcel appears visibly damaged, open, or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should preferably capture proof immediately and contact Tirth Shop without delay. Unboxing proof is strongly recommended in such cases.
Split Shipments
If an order includes multiple items, Tirth Shop may ship them separately based on stock location, partner availability, packaging needs, or logistics optimization. This means parts of the same order may arrive in different packages or on different dates.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we try to deliver smoothly, certain delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, local restrictions, transport disruption, courier backlog, political events, or force majeure conditions. Such circumstances are outside our direct control.
