Tirth Shop aims to handle cancellations and replacement requests in a fair and transparent manner while protecting customers, product integrity, and operational discipline. This page explains how cancellations, replacements, failed deliveries, and related requests are managed.
Order Cancellation Before Processing
If a customer requests cancellation before an order enters processing, packaging, sourcing, or dispatch preparation, Tirth Shop may allow cancellation with minimal or no deduction, depending on payment reversal feasibility.
Cancellation After Processing Starts
Once an order has entered processing, quality check, partner allocation, packaging, or sourcing stage, operational costs may already have been incurred. In such cases, handling, preparation, restocking, or category-specific deductions may apply.
Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order has already been shipped, forward shipping charges, packaging costs, logistics expenses, and any applicable return-to-origin or handling deductions may be applied before any eligible refund is considered.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacement requests are usually considered only for genuine cases such as wrong product delivery, verified transit damage, or material defect visible upon delivery and reported within the allowed time period.
Proof Required for Replacement
Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video and retain delivery packaging until the matter is resolved. Supporting photos and videos help us verify replacement claims fairly.
Cases Where Replacement May Be Rejected
Replacement may be declined where the product has been used, worn, tampered with, damaged after delivery due to mishandling, returned without original packaging, or reported without adequate proof. Preference change or subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for replacement.
Return and Verification for Replacement
In many approved cases, the original item must be returned and verified before the replacement is dispatched. If the exact product is unavailable, Tirth Shop may offer an alternate item, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Failed Delivery and Return-to-Origin Cases
If a customer does not accept delivery, remains unavailable, or causes repeated delivery failure without a valid issue, the parcel may be returned to origin. In such cases, actual shipping, return, and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Fraud Prevention and Policy Misuse
Tirth Shop reserves the right to reject suspicious claims, repeated misuse, product substitution attempts, false damage allegations, manipulated returns, or abusive behavior linked to support or logistics processes.
